By accessing or using Golf Guesser ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Golf Guesser is a free-to-play daily puzzle game. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate leaderboard scores or game outcomes
• Use automated tools to play the game
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Create accounts for purposes other than playing the game

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Golf Guesser name, logo, design, and code are owned by Golf Guesser. Golfer images are used for identification purposes in an educational game context. All PGA Tour / LIV Golf player names and likenesses belong to their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that daily puzzles will always be available on time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golf Guesser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
